Job Overview

We are excited to invite applications for the position of In-Store Free Sample Associate at our upcoming Virtual Hiring Event. This role is integral to enhancing customer experience and promoting our brand through engaging product demonstrations and sampling activities. As a Free Sample Associate, you will serve as the face of our company within retail environments, delivering exceptional customer service, educating shoppers about our products, and fostering positive relationships. Duties

Conduct in-store product demonstrations and sampling sessions to showcase offerings effectively
Engage with customers by providing detailed product information, answering questions, and addressing concerns
Collect data on customer preferences and feedback to inform marketing strategies
Promote products through active social media management and digital engagement efforts
Build strong relationships with customers by delivering personalized service and fostering brand loyalty
Manage in-person customer interactions with professionalism, ensuring a positive shopping experience

Represent the brand confidently during public speaking engagements and promotional activities
Handle sales objections tactfully, guiding customers toward making informed purchasing decisions

Experience

Candidates should possess relevant experience or skills that support success in this role, including:

Prior food service experience or familiarity with retail environments
Proven ability in data collection, analysis, and reporting
Experience managing social media platforms for promotional purposes
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse customer bases
Background in event marketing or brand promotion is advantageous
Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships
Demonstrated ability to promote products effectively and handle sales objections confidently
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, suitable for public speaking engagements
Technical proficiency with digital devices, social media tools, and point-of-sale systems
