We are a fast-growing company focused on transforming how businesses connect with customers through sales and customer service innovation. Our Entry Level Associate team is built around delivering meaningful, personalized experiences that drive long-term relationships and measurable results.

We are hiring Entry Level Associates to join our team. Arabic fluency is required, as this role involves regular communication with Arabic-speaking customers. As an Entry Level Associate, you will engage directly with customers, support account management, and contribute to sales growth. You will gain hands-on experience in customer service, relationship building, and sales performance in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Entry Level Associate Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers in Arabic and English
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Manage customer accounts and follow-ups
Support sales outreach and customer engagement efforts
Provide product and service recommendations based on customer needs
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Track customer interactions and performance metrics

Entry Level Associate Qualifications:

Arabic fluency is required
1+ year of customer service or sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Prior Entry Level Associate experience is a plus
Team player with a positive, professional attitude
