With more than four decades in the leather industry, Will Adler has created an iconic brand celebrated for rugged elegance, artisan craftsmanship, and a lifetime guarantee.

The Will Leather Goods flagship store in Portland is in a high-energy location and requires a high-energy, experienced salesperson for this full-time position.

10+ years of experience in luxury merchandise retail sales is required.

The successful candidate:

Must be articulate and capable of expressing brand message to guests.
Must have a high level of professionalism in a fast paced sales environment.
Theatrical/ acting/public speaking a plus
A performative, poised, outgoing personality.
Experience with upscale clientele.
College degree preferred.
A proven track record of merchandising expertise is part of the successful candidate’s profile.
Assist customers in selecting products and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their shopping experience.
Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure a well-organized store environment.
Utilize retail math skills to manage inventory and assist in merchandising efforts.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth store operations.
Demonstrate product knowledge and perform product demos when necessary.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
