CUSTOMER SERVICE / ESTIMATOR / PARTS COORDINATOR
Collision Repair Industry

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented team member to join our collision repair facility in a hybrid role focused primarily on customer service, accounts receivables and parts coordination, while also assisting with estimating.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and being a key part of the repair process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

Assist with writing and reviewing collision repair estimates
Communicate with insurance companies and customers regarding repairs
Order, track, and verify parts for repair jobs
Maintain organization and accuracy within the parts department
Schedule repair jobs and help manage workflow
Coordinate with technicians to ensure repairs move efficiently
Handle customer updates and front-office support
Process payments and assist with accounts receivable/payable tasks as needed
Help maintain a smooth and positive customer experience

Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Automotive collision repair, estimating, or parts experience preferred
Familiarity with estimating systems is a plus
Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
