Are you ready to kick-start your career in manufacturing with a dynamic and growing company? Adecco is hiring immediately for Manufacturing Associates at a leading client in Mount Pleasant, WI. Join our team and contribute to the production of high-tech components in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with a team to assemble advanced electronic components and package finished products for delivery.
Perform a variety of tasks along the production line, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met.
Operate warehouse equipment, handle materials, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Demonstrate attention to detail by reading tape measurements and following detailed work instructions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred; relevant experience is considered.
Basic computer skills to navigate production systems.
Ability to read tape measurements and interpret written and verbal instructions.
Willingness to stand for entire shifts and lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
Strong teamwork skills and a safety-conscious mindset.

1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.80 per hour
