Front Desk / Marketing Coordinator- Windermere Real Estate

Location: 3800 NE 4th Street, Renton, WA 98056
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay Range: $20-27 per hour. DOE
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Reports To: Office Manager

Windermere Real Estate/PSR, Inc. is a trusted name in the Pacific Northwest real estate market. Our Renton office is a collaborative and client-focused environment where professionalism and community values guide our work. We are seeking a friendly and organized Social Media Coordinator/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our office.

Responsibilities

Development and coordination of Brokerage Social Media accounts
Greet clients, agents, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Answer and direct incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
Assist agents with administrative tasks, including document preparation and scheduling.
Maintain a tidy and organized reception area and common spaces.
Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed.
Support basic office operations to ensure a seamless workflow.

Qualifications

· Proficient in managing and growing brand presence across major social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok)

· Skilled in creating engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for reach and engagement

· Experienced in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Later) and analytics platforms

· Able to tailor messaging to different audiences and platforms while maintaining brand consistency

· Strong understanding of trends, algorithms, and best practices to drive visibility and engagement

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional demeanor and positive attitude.
Previous experience in reception or office administration is a plus.
