Employment Opportunity
Inter-Con is searching for motivated individuals to fill the exciting role of an Armed Security Officer. You'll safeguard buildings and public facilities that serve the Richmond community every day.

We are currently hiring both those who currently hold Armed and Unarmed DCJS certifications. Those who are certified as unarmed will be required to complete their armed certification and work armed posts once eligible. Those with current armed licenses are eligible for a $1000 bonus!

Minimum Qualifications

Possess a valid Virginia DCJS certification
Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Fluent in both the written and spoken English language
Possess a valid United States driver's license or State issued ID
Eligible to work for any employer in the United States
