## Turo Fleet Manager – Key Responsibilities

- Oversee day-to-day operations of a multi-vehicle Turo fleet, including listing management, pricing, calendar optimization, and utilization targets.

- Manage guest experience end-to-end: respond to inquiries, approve bookings, coordinate check-in/check-out, and handle issues or disputes in line with platform policies.

- Monitor vehicle status and health using mileage logs, trip history, and maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and prevent major repairs.

- Coordinate all maintenance and repairs (routine service, detailing, tires, body work) with vendors, track costs, and ensure every vehicle is “Turo-ready” before each trip.

- Implement and refine cleaning and turnaround standards so cars are consistently presented at a 5-star level and prepared quickly between bookings.

- Analyze booking data, pricing trends, and market demand to adjust daily rates, delivery fees, and minimum trip lengths for maximum profitability.

- Manage onboarding and offboarding of vehicles into the fleet: photos, descriptions, feature verification, insurance documentation, and removal of sold or retired units.

- Maintain accurate records for each vehicle (maintenance history, damage claims, earnings, and expenses) and provide regular performance reports to the owner.

- Handle incident management: accidents, roadside issues, tickets, and claims, including timely documentation and communication with guests and the platform.

- Develop and enforce fleet policies for guest behavior, mileage limits, charging/fuel rules, and late returns to protect the assets and standardize operations.

- Coordinate key/vehicle access workflows (lockboxes, remote unlock, in‑person handoffs) and ensure all access methods are secure and documented.

- Identify opportunities to improve operations (automation tools, standard operating procedures, vendor changes) and drive continuous efficiency gains.

- Support expansion planning by recommending which vehicle types to add or retire based on ROI, demand trends, and maintenance profiles.
