Full Job Description

Primary responsibilities:

Ensure tenants and staff are treated fairly and with respect
Assist in oversight of Manager and Maintenance staff training and evaluation
Identify areas for improvement at the local property and company level
Provide leadership in analyzing deficiencies and identifying solutions to improve property performance
Resolve escalated property management issues
Work with Director of Employee Development on hiring and retention efforts
Work with in-house General Council to ensure legal compliance
Work with VP of Facilities on identifying Capital Improvement Projects
Regular review of property budgets
Regular reporting to Corporate Management Team
Be present at communities and provide hands on leadership
Work on miscellaneous projects

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
