Full Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Assistant with at least three years of experience to join our innovative marketing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in executing and optimizing digital marketing strategies that elevate brand visibility, drive engagement, and generate leads. Your expertise will help shape compelling campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring our marketing efforts are data-driven, creative, and impactful. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional passionate about digital marketing to contribute to a fast-paced environment where creativity meets analytics.

Duties

Assist in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns, including SEM (Search Engine Marketing), paid search marketing, social media advertising campaigns, and email marketing initiatives.
Manage and optimize content across various platforms such as websites (WordPress), social media channels, and email platforms to enhance audience engagement and conversion rates.
Conduct keyword research using SEO tools to inform content creation and improve organic search rankings.
Utilize SEO tools and web analytics reporting tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor campaign performance, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for optimization.
Create visually appealing graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and assist with website management tasks including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and content management systems.
Implement conversion optimization strategies by analyzing data trends and adjusting campaigns accordingly to maximize ROI.
Support the setup of digital marketing campaigns within marketing automation platforms, ensuring seamless execution from initial setup to performance tracking.

Requirements

Minimum of three years of hands-on experience in digital marketing or related roles with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns.
Strong technical proficiency with SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics platforms.
Experience with website management using WordPress or similar content management systems; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL is highly desirable.
Skilled in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and social media management across platforms such as Facebook Advertising and other social media advertising campaigns.
Knowledge of SEM techniques including paid search marketing strategies to increase visibility and conversions.
Ability to analyze performance data effectively to inform decision-making; experience with web analytics reporting is essential.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences; experience in B2B marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with marketing automation tools and techniques for campaign setup and performance tracking.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
