Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Consultant specializing in Broadcast Radio to elevate our brand presence and drive strategic growth through targeted marketing initiatives. In this role, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the broadcast radio industry, leveraging multichannel marketing techniques to maximize audience engagement and advertising revenue. Your expertise in digital and traditional marketing channels will be crucial in creating compelling campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand visibility and contribute to the success of a forward-thinking media organization.

Responsibilities

Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across broadcast radio platforms, including digital, social media, print, and on-air advertising.
Develop content marketing strategies that enhance listener engagement, including copywriting for ads, social media posts, and promotional materials.
Manage social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook Advertising and other digital channels to increase reach and audience interaction.
Utilize web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Web analytics reporting to monitor campaign performance, optimize strategies, and inform data-driven decision making.
Coordinate with sales teams to create compelling advertising sales proposals and support demand generation marketing efforts to attract new clients.
Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaign workflows, email marketing initiatives, and lead nurturing processes.
Oversee content creation using Adobe Creative Suite for visual assets, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels while managing multiple projects within deadlines.
Conduct market research to identify trends in B2B marketing, digital marketing, performance marketing, and e-commerce opportunities specific to the broadcast radio industry.
Collaborate with product management teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and manage budgets effectively for maximum ROI.
Lead or manage marketing, advertising or public relations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and campaign execution.

Skills

Proven experience in multichannel marketing, including digital marketing, social media marketing, and print advertising.
Strong knowledge of SEO techniques, content writing, copywriting, and content marketing best practices.
Expertise in managing social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating engaging visual content.
Familiarity with implementing and managing marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Marketo.
Skilled in web analytics reporting using Google Analytics or similar tools for performance measurement.
Experience in demand generation marketing strategies aimed at increasing lead conversion rates within B2B markets.
Knowledge of HTML, WordPress website management, and basic web development principles for content updates and landing pages.
Strong research skills combined with data-driven decision-making capabilities for optimizing campaigns.
Excellent communication skills for effective copywriting and content creation tailored to diverse audiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining attention to detail within budget constraints.
