Full Job Description

The Noble Collection is an established industry-leading design, manufacturing and distribution company that has specialized in high end collectibles for more than 20 years. We pride ourselves on making the best possible product and representing our license holders with the highest standards of quality.

Responsibilities

Process Bank reconciliation
Prepare invoices and purchase orders
Manage the AP process including system management and cutting checks.
Verify payments and deposits made through the company account and coordinate with the bank.
Assist in processing of royalty payments
Oversee that bills are being posted to the correct GL accounts by the Accounting Assistant
Prepare AR and AP reports
Prepare and manage fixed assets
Collaborate with Accounting Director to successfully execute various accounting tasks.
Other task as assigned

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required
Minimum 5 years’ experience in accounting/finance
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience utilizing financial systems is required
Experience using Peachtree financial systems is a plus
Must be detail oriented
Demonstrates ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
