The Role
We're hiring a Business Development Manager to grow our commercial maintenance portfolio. This is relationship-driven commercial sales - long cycles, portfolio-level clients, real decision-makers. You'll have an established operation behind you: experienced crews, dedicated Account Managers, and fast estimating support. You open the doors and win the work. We deliver it.
What You'll Do
- Build relationships with commercial property managers, HOA managers, facility managers, and developers across DFW.
- Generate and manage your own pipeline from first contact through signed contract.
- Attend networking events, property walks, pre-bid meetings, and client presentations.
- Work with Account Managers and Operations to scope and price work that's set up to succeed.
- Sell maintenance contracts along with enhancements, irrigation programs, seasonal color, and chemical applications.
- Keep your pipeline current in our CRM.
What You Bring
- 3+ years selling commercial landscape property maintenance or other recurring commercial services (janitorial, pest, facility services).
- An established network of commercial property decision-makers in DFW - and the ability to demonstrate it.
- Experience with long sales cycles, RFPs, and committee-based buying decisions.
- A disciplined personal prospecting and follow-up system.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred
- Commercial landscape industry background; irrigation or chemical program knowledge.
- Active in BOMA, IREM, CAI, or an apartment association (AAGD/AATC).
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
- Pay & Benefits
- $70,000–$85,000 base salary, depending on experience and demonstrated network.
- Uncapped commission on new contract value and enhancement sales - realistic first-year earnings of $100,000–$125,000, with meaningful growth in year two as your book compounds.

Schedule & Location
Full-time, Monday–Friday, based out of our Denton office. Field-based - most of your week is client-facing across the DFW metro. Local travel daily; no overnight travel. Occasional evening industry association events.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
