Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Associate to join our innovative digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales channels, enhancing user experience, and driving revenue growth through strategic digital initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and website management to support our expanding online presence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment focused on performance marketing and customer engagement.

Duties

Manage and update product listings across various e-commerce platforms and content management systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Implement SEO strategies using advanced SEO tools to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Develop and execute social media marketing campaigns, including social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, to boost brand visibility.
Utilize Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other web analytics reporting tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize marketing efforts.
Create compelling content for product descriptions, email marketing campaigns, and promotional materials utilizing copywriting expertise.
Conduct keyword research to identify high-impact keywords for paid search marketing (SEM) and organic SEO initiatives.
Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for visual content creation that enhances online listings.
Optimize website performance through conversion optimization techniques, A/B testing, and website management practices.
Support website management tasks including HTML, CSS, JavaScript adjustments, and troubleshooting technical issues.
Coordinate with the marketing team to set up digital marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools for targeted outreach.
Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics.
Assist in implementing website tracking tags via Google Tag Manager for accurate data collection.
Monitor e-commerce sales metrics using web analytics tools to inform strategic decisions.

Experience

Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles with a focus on online sales channels.
Strong proficiency in SEO tools, Google Ads (AdWords), Google Analytics, SEM strategies, and web analytics reporting.
Technical skills including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL knowledge preferred for website management and performance tracking.
Experience with content creation, copywriting, graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with social media advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Advertising and social media management tools.
Knowledge of website management systems such as WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Ability to analyze data effectively to optimize digital marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills for collaborating across teams and engaging with customers effectively.
