Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our vibrant sales team! Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions to promote our products and services
Develop a deep understanding of client needs to tailor solutions that meet their objectives
Manage client accounts efficiently using CRM software, ensuring accurate data entry and record keeping
Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining positive relationships
Conduct follow-up communications to nurture leads and convert prospects into loyal clients
Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client onboarding, product demonstrations, and service delivery
Maintain professional phone etiquette during all outbound and inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills

Experience

Proven experience in sales, customer support, or client services; call center experience is highly desirable
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and Outlook for documentation and analysis
Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a significant advantage for engaging diverse client bases
Demonstrated ability to handle data entry accurately while managing multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are a plus
Technical proficiency with computer systems, CRM platforms, and basic analysis tools to track performance metrics
Experience in outbound calling, phone communication etiquette, and customer service problem-solving techniques
Organizational skills that enable effective management of client information, follow-ups, and documentation
Cash handling experience is beneficial for roles involving financial transactions or billing processes
