Full Job Description

Job Summary: Coordinate projects beginning with initial customer contact through pre-production stage.

Essential Functions:

· Author initial customer correspondence.

· Coordinate preliminary design review with Design Engineering.

· Prepare quotes for customers

· First contact with customer regarding all pre-production questions and concerns.

· Monitors progress of projects to assure compliance with budget, delivery date and other issues.

· While in production stage, coordinate with customer and Nifco staff regarding design changes, variances in costs.

· Acts as liaison between Sales Department and other Nifco Departments to establish pricing, delivery, specification, etc.

· Assists with customer communications during major quality conformance issues.

· May occasionally travel by auto or aid to visit customers.

· Behave in a positive manner that enhances the success of the company.

· And all other duties as assigned by management.

Preferred Education:

· Minimum Associates degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field or equivalent education or experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

· Less than two years of professional sales experience particularly in automotive and/or injection molded parts.

· Excellent interpersonal/communication skills to interact effectively with customers and other Nifco personnel.

· Blueprint reading course (Honda)

· Must be self-motivated and highly organized.

· Proven skills in problem solving and decision making.

· Highly detail oriented and ability to handle multiple priorities.

· Ability to organize and prioritize work and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
