Full Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Sales Supervisor to join our team. As an Account Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. This is a key leadership role that requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. This is a Sales position.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a portfolio of client accounts and serve as the main point of contact for clients

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives

- Provide strategic guidance to clients, offering insights and recommendations to help them achieve their goals

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services

- Monitor account performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations

- Prepare reports and presentations to update clients on account status and progress

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure client success

- Lead account meetings and presentations, effectively communicating strategies and results

- Identify opportunities for account growth and up-selling additional services

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in account management or a similar role

- Strong knowledge of marketing principles and strategies

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations
