Full Job Description

Royal Media is seeking an innovative, driven, goal-oriented, sales professional to join our sales team. This position would report directly to our COO.

The Sales Representative is responsible for achieving sales and/or profitability objectives, typically from new clients or accounts. The Sales Representative identifies marketplace opportunities, prospects and engages new clients, develops proposals, and manages the contract process.

Responsibilities: 

Identifying and cultivating new sales opportunities;
Qualifying new potential clients via prospecting through a variety of channels, including live events, social media, and inbound leads;
Sell advertising and marketing products to industry-specific prospects;
Maintain a high level of attention to detail managing sales activities within Royal’s CRM; and
Develop innovative proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of services and products
Ability to understand complex industries related to publication/vertical
Frequent travel, domestic & international
HubSpot or Similar CRM experience

Education and Experience:

BA degree with Major/Concentration in Business, Marketing, or related field

3 to 4 years' experience in sales, or a customer facing role

2-3 years’ experience in sponsorship/advertising (B2B preferred)

Physical Requirements:

Comfortable with frequent international travel.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Repeating motions that may include the wrist, hands, and/or fingers.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Salary: $110,000-$120,000 annual on target earnings (base+commission+bonus)
