Full Job Description

All Springs Manufacturing is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Remote Payment Processing Clerk to join our finance team. This pivotal role ensures the accurate and timely processing of payments, supporting our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Process incoming payments accurately and ly using company systems.
Verify payment details and resolve any discrepancies or issues.
Maintain detailed records of transactions and update financial databases.
Collaborate with accounts receivable, customer service, and other departments as needed.
Monitor payment status and follow up on outstanding or delayed payments.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and submit periodic reports on payment activities.
Assist with month-end and year-end financial reconciliations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or higher preferred.
Proven experience in payment processing, accounts receivable, or a related finance role.
Strong proficiency with payment processing software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
