Full Job Description

Location: Remote

Department: Corporate Finance

Position Status: Exempt

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000

Supervision: VP Financial Planning & Analysis

POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic FP&A professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide financial insights, develop forecasts, and support decision-making to drive business performance.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

Build and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Prepare annual budgets and quarterly forecasts; monitor performance against targets.
Conduct variance analysis and deliver actionable insights to leadership.

Create and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with operational goals.
Identify risks and opportunities to improve profitability and efficiency.
Support ad hoc analysis for investments, projects, and business initiatives.
Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial planning.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
MBA or CPA preferred.
5+ years progressive experience in FP&A or corporate finance.
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., D365 Finance & Accounting).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of GAAP and financial statement analysis.

Advanced IT skills, VBA / SQL / Power BI /data management skills are highly desirable.
A commercial mind-set with the ability to analyze the output of models beyond the reporting of financial data, providing in-depth business insight.

Effective time management and organizational skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to create and manage effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:

- Flexibility and ability to work non-standard business hours.
- Ability to work in an office environment as well as in a remote home office environment.

- Constant ability to remain in a stationary position, move about inside an office or remote setting.
- Push, pull, lift or carry at least 10 lbs. on occasion: minimal kneeling, bending and squatting.
- Able to perform repetitive motion with wrist, hands, and fingers.
