Company: Growing Concierge Internal Medicine Practice
Locations: Atlanta, GA & Alpharetta, GA (Must be able to work in both locations)
Employment Type: Full-Time

Our growing concierge internal medicine practice is seeking a polished, highly motivated Front Office Administrator to support our offices in both Atlanta and Alpharetta. Because we operate as a premium concierge medical practice, our primary focus is delivering white-glove, exceptional customer service. We operate with an "all hands on deck" philosophy. Many day-to-day functions are shared by all employees, regardless of job title. The ideal candidate is a true team player who proactively anticipates the needs of coworkers and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Hospitality: Greet patients warmly and deliver premium customer service.
Front Desk Operations: Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage check-in/check-out.
Physician Support: Remind physicians of upcoming appointments and manage daily schedule flow.
Financial Administration: Collect patient co-pays and process payments.
Data & Records Management: Upload insurance cards to EMR, handle medical records requests, and prepare patient charts.
System Updates: Keep patient information perfectly accurate across multiple applications.
Team Collaboration: Step in to assist coworkers across various administrative tasks as needed.

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
Experience: Previous administrative office experience is necessary.
Location Flexibility: Reliable transportation and total willingness to work out of both the Atlanta and Alpharetta locations.
Technical Skills: Strong computer skills are mandatory.
Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a positive, solutions-oriented attitude.
Professionalism: Detail-oriented mindset with a highly professional appearance and demeanor.
Hiring Prerequisites: Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening prior to final hire.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous background in high-end customer service or hospitality.
