Salary Range: $95k - $135k+

Family Guidance Centers is a growing group private practice, seeking experienced Licensed Clinical Psychologists (in Virginia) to work full or part-time as a 1099 Independent Contractor in our Midlothian office. We have 5 other Richmond area offices, an office in Newport News and Virginia Beach. We offer a full range of support, education, and resources to build your unique clinical practice. Our business is to build YOUR business to fulfill the significant community need reflected in our growing and large referral base!

Over the past four decades, we have been an established and highly trusted source for psychological care. We offer our clients experienced and compassionate clinical care. Our current staff of 60+ of diverse licensed specialists helps adults, adolescents and young children deal with a wide range of mental health issues. Family Guidance Centers was voted the honor of Style Weekly’s Family Favorite for Family Counseling Group in 2020, and one of Virginia Living's Best Counseling or Therapy Practices in Central Virginia in 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026.

Requirements:

Must be licensed in the state of Virginia with private practice experience preferred.
We are seeking candidates with broad based therapy and psychological testing skills that include adults, adolescents, and children.
Candidates with insurance credentials already in place are highly desired. However, we will provide administrative support to establish insurance credentials.
