Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. This vital role involves accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining data across various platforms to support operational efficiency and ensure data integrity. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional computer literacy, strong organizational skills, and a proactive attitude to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Duties

Enter and update data with speed and accuracy using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and specialized accounting tools like QuickBooks
Manage multi-line phone systems to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
Organize and maintain filing systems—both digital and physical—to ensure easy retrieval of documents
Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and front desk responsibilities
Proofread documents for accuracy, consistency, and clarity before final submission
Assist with bookkeeping activities, including invoicing, billing, and basic financial recordkeeping
Provide exceptional customer support through phone communication, client communication, and general administrative assistance

Qualifications

Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with a focus on data entry and clerical tasks
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and productivity software
Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly desirable
Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; strong proofreading skills
Experience handling multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette in a professional setting
Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively
Previous experience as a dental receptionist, medical receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous but not required
Knowledge of filing systems, calendar management, and office procedures is essential
Strong computer literacy combined with technical proficiency in office equipment and software tools
