Full Job Description

CDL Class A Driver – Local Routes

Full-time, year-round, permanent position | White Bear Lake, MN territory

Aetna Building Solutions is seeking a dependable and safety-driven CDL Class A Driver to join our operations team. This is a local driving position, meaning you’ll be home every night, weekend, and holiday – no long-haul routes or overnights.

What You’ll Do

Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle in compliance with DOT regulations
Deliver building materials to customer locations across the local service area
Ensure accurate and on-time deliveries
Assist with loading and unloading materials and secure loads properly
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Complete delivery documentation and obtain customer confirmations
Maintain a clean and organized truck
Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams
Support warehouse operations as needed

What We’re Looking For

Valid CDL Class A license
Clean driving record meeting DOT requirements
2+ years of commercial driving experience
2+ years of experience with flatbed, curtain-side, or similar equipment
Ability to lift and handle materials up to 75 lbs.
Able to work overtime as needed
Basic computer skills
Strong attention to safety, reliability, and time management
Comfortable working independently while staying connected with the team
Must pass a background check, physical assessment, and drug test

$28+/hour (based on skills and experience)
