Account Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY: If you enjoy working directly with clients from a variety of industries and you enjoy problem-solving and making customers happy, then Lavoro Group is the place for you. Lavoro Group is a locally owned insurance agency and a fun, fast-paced work environment. We are a team of talented self-starters who are committed to doing what is best for our customers and our company.

8:30 AM -5:00 PM Monday - Friday

JOB DUTIES:

Complete the daily account management needs of an assigned group of clients.
Help build successful relationships with clients, vendors, and carriers to improve client retention.
Update and maintain detailed records in our client database.
Process product enrollment forms and complete product administrative paperwork for our clients.
Support the renewal and sales processes for assigned and prospective clients by working directly with our agents.
Advise clients on carrier guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Administrative tasks as assigned by sales and upper management staff.

OTHER PREFERRED JOB SKILLS:

Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Maintain an upbeat and friendly demeanor.
Ability to write professional business correspondence to clients and carriers.
Ability to learn industry-specific software.
Experience with MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
This would be a great entry level position for a new or recent grad.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
