AWL is looking for a licensed Life & Health Customer Success Representative to support our growing insurance agency. In this role, you'll help new clients successfully enroll in coverage, answer policy questions, assist with service requests, and work closely with our sales and agency operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enrollment through the life of the policy.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making a positive impact—without the pressure of cold calling or high-pressure sales.
This is a full-time remote position for candidates residing in Texas.
What You'll Do
- Welcome new clients and guide them through the onboarding process
- Conduct welcome calls after policies are issued
- Track policy status and ensure applications move smoothly through the underwriting process
- Follow up on outstanding carrier requirements and documentation
- Respond to inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism and urgency
- Assist clients with policy service questions and requests
- Partner with Sales and Agency Operations to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Identify opportunities to connect customers with our retention or sales teams when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support day-to-day agency operations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas (or resident state) Life & Health Insurance License
- 1+ year of customer service, insurance service, account management, or agency support experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems and learning new technology
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance agency or carrier experience
- Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Services experience
- Sales or retention experience is a plus, but not required
