About the Role:

The IT Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our technology solutions within the Allied/Fuse and Baya1 regions. This position focuses on identifying and engaging potential clients, understanding their IT needs, and presenting tailored solutions that align with their business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Collaboration with technical teams to stay updated on product offerings and market trends is essential to provide accurate and compelling proposals. Ultimately, this role aims to increase market share and revenue by effectively communicating the value of our IT products and services to diverse clients.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience of at least 2 years in IT sales or technology solution sales.
Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse clients.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Technical certifications related to IT products or services (e.g., CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft).
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
Additional language skills relevant to the local market.

Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned regions through research, networking, and cold outreach.
Conduct detailed needs assessments with potential clients to recommend appropriate IT solutions and services.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals tailored to client requirements.
Negotiate contract terms and close sales while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal technical and support teams to ensure seamless implementation and post-sale service.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status using CRM tools.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to effectively position our solutions.

Skills:

The IT Sales Executive will utilize strong communication and negotiation skills daily to build rapport and close deals with clients. Analytical skills are essential for assessing client needs and aligning them with appropriate IT solutions. Proficiency with CRM and sales tools enables efficient tracking of leads and sales progress, ensuring organized follow-ups and pipeline management. Technical knowledge allows the executive to confidently discuss product features and benefits, addressing client questions and concerns effectively. Additionally, adaptability and problem-solving skills help navigate complex sales scenarios and foster long-term client relationships.
