Full Job Description

The Schultz Insurance Group is a fast-paced Independent Insurance agency seeking to add another Customer Service Representative to our dynamic sales team. We are seeking out professionals who are serious about maximizing their personal income and who are looking for future career advancements. If you've been working for a captive insurance agency like State Farm, Allstate Insurance, or Farmers Insurance, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for!

Compensation & Benefits:

-Total Compensation $50,000 to $80,000 based on prior experience and achievements-

-Unlimited commission structure-

-Quarterly Growth Bonuses-

-Monthly benefit allowance for health insurance, life insurance, retirement-

-Bonuses include both domestic and international travel for achieving Company goals-

Professional Responsibilities:

Review policy renewal list and identify households for review
Assist clients with services like taking payments and processing policy changes
Remarket current clients to our several insurance carriers to find lower premiums
Contact prior customers and manage process to earn back business
Accurately prepare forms and applications when required
Maintain timely, consistent follow-up with customers and potential clients
