Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Web Developer & Digital Experience Manager to lead the development, optimization, and management of our digital ecosystem. This role is responsible for building and maintaining high-performing websites, landing pages, sales funnels, and marketing automation systems that drive lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.

The ideal candidate combines strong web development expertise with an understanding of user experience, conversion optimization, branding, and marketing technology.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development & Website Management:

Design, develop, maintain, and optimize company websites.

Ensure websites are fast, responsive, secure, and mobile-friendly.

Implement website enhancements to improve functionality and user experience.

Monitor site performance and troubleshoot technical issues.

Manage integrations with CRM, marketing, and third-party platforms.

Landing Pages & Conversion Funnels:

Build and optimize landing pages and lead-generation funnels.

Develop conversion-focused user journeys that increase lead volume and customer acquisition.

Conduct A/B testing and implement improvements based on performance data.

Create and manage sales funnels that support marketing and recruiting initiatives.

GoHighLevel Administration & Marketing Automation:

Serve as the primary administrator for GoHighLevel.

Build automated workflows, email campaigns, SMS sequences, and lead nurturing systems.

Manage CRM pipelines, forms, triggers, and integrations.

Continuously improve automation processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates.

User Experience & Optimization:

Analyze website and funnel performance metrics.

Improve customer and prospect experiences across all digital touchpoints.

Identify and implement UX/UI enhancements to improve engagement and conversions.

Ensure a seamless user experience across desktop and mobile platforms.

Creative & Marketing Support:

Develop digital assets and graphics that support company branding.

Create marketing materials, event collateral, and sales presentations.

Collaborate with marketing and leadership teams to execute digital campaigns.

Maintain brand consistency across websites and digital properties.

Qulificaitions: Required

3+ years of professional web development experience.

Experience with WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or similar CMS platforms.

Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and website optimization best practices.

Experience building landing pages and conversion funnels.

Strong understanding of responsive design and UX/UI principles.

Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms.

Excellent troubleshooting and project management skills.

Preferred:

Experience administering GoHighLevel.

Knowledge of SEO and website analytics.

Experience with API integrations and automation tools.

Graphic design experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar software.

Experience supporting marketing and lead-generation campaigns.
