Overview

Join our dynamic finance team as a Treasury Analyst and play a vital role in managing and optimizing our company's financial assets. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of financial operations, ensuring compliance with industry regulations while supporting strategic initiatives such as mergers and acquisitions. As a key contributor, you will leverage your expertise in financial analysis, software tools, and regulatory standards to drive informed decision-making and strengthen our financial stability.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support treasury activities, including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk assessment.
Monitor daily cash positions across multiple accounts, ensuring optimal liquidity levels and efficient fund utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions, providing detailed financial analysis and due diligence support.
Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and industry-specific financial regulations through diligent review and auditing processes.
Utilize advanced spreadsheet skills to analyze large datasets, prepare reports, and present findings to senior management for strategic planning.
Manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions to facilitate transactions, negotiate terms, and optimize banking services.
Support ongoing projects related to financial software implementation, upgrades, or process improvements to enhance treasury operations.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel spreadsheets for complex data analysis and modeling.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax accounting practices, and financial regulatory compliance standards.
Experience with financial software systems used in treasury management or enterprise resource planning (ERP).
Demonstrated ability in financial model development, analysis skills, and project management within a finance context.
Knowledge of industry regulations affecting treasury functions and experience in auditing or financial compliance reviews.
Excellent client communication skills for liaising with internal teams, external partners, and auditors.
Industry knowledge of financial regulations such as GAAP and familiarity with mergers & acquisitions processes.
