Agiletek Solutions is looking for a highly motivated Solution Architect for a S4 Transformation who is passionate about developing complex solutions in the journey to transform Lockheed Martin to S/4 HANA for all their businesses. You will help define solution strategy, drive design and architect innovative solutions. You will work from gathering customer requirements to implementing the solution.

The Solution Architect will engage with Lockheed enterprise senior leadership and coordinate and provide guidance to a team of approximately 30 SAP solution consultants engaged on Lockheed’s transformation. Lockheed’s transformation is using principally a Greenfield strategy, consolidating a number of SAP ERP’s from their business units into an enterprise system (i.e. 1LMX), while they capitalize on a variety of SAP partner and other systems for various functions.

This position requires expertise with architecture, design, and implementation of functional solutions and documentation experience. Successful candidates should have a high energy level, experience within consulting organizations, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both business and technical audiences.

The SAP Solution Architect for 1LMX will have experience in SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA enterprise structure and applicable solution knowledge for a discrete industry manufacturer with the following key value streams in scope: Acquire to Retire (AM, PLM, SAP Real Estate), Record to Report (FI/CO), Issue to Complete (Operations – MM, PP), Order to Cash (SD, integration to A&D solutions), Plan to Perform (PAPM, PS, other), Plan to Stock (MM/PP/ATP), Procure to Pay (Ariba, MM)

Additionally, the following key solution areas are potentially in scope with significant respective consulting planned in these areas:

SAP Master Data Governance (MDG)
SAP Ariba
Cognitus as S4H Add on (Government Property and Order to Cash area)
iCertis (Contract Management for Order to Cash)
HCL iMRO for Asset Management
Integration to Manufacturing and PLM systems.

Experience in Aerospace and Defense or DoD is required

Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing Subject matter expertise in SAP S/4HANA to support a variety of solution areas
Support data strategy implementation activities such as data governance, data management, metadata management, data security, data quality, and data interoperability.
Support the documentation and delivery of data artifacts, needs, and requirements
Responsible for identifying data requirements that customize the Out of the Box data structures and document requirements in the selected toolsets (e.g. Signavio, Jira, Doors)
Be able to lead follow-up data discussions as identified from stakeholder (process owners) workshops
Define and develop enterprise-wide data domains, enable data domain stewards, and consult across the enterprise on federated data architecture solutions.
Apply systems engineering and systems architecture disciplines to data strategy implementation and operations

THIS POSITION IS FULL TIME TELECOMMUTING (some periodic travel is possible)

Position Requirements:

§ Proven data architect experience across multiple business processes

§ Proven experience with defining and implementing data and information architecture in an SAP S/4HANA environment

§ Experience interfacing with data/process flows

§ Master data knowledge

§ Proven data architecture experience with ERP digital threads

§ Proven experience with systems engineering and systems architecture

§ Proven experience with business process architecture and business process transformation

§ Proven experience harmonizing systems, processes, and/or data across multiple business areas and functions

§ Proven experience building and communicating technical and functional roadmaps
