We’re looking for an exceptional educator, trainer, and customer experience professional who wants to help build—not simply maintain—an entirely new category in wellness.
This is not a traditional retail position.
It’s a hybrid leadership role that combines retail operations, education, certification, technology, luxury hospitality, customer experience, business implementation, and travel.
You’ll be based in Asheville, North Carolina, home to both our flagship retail studio and the future Aura Sanctuary—our national center for education, certification, and immersive wellness experiences.

This role owns the consistency and quality of the Auratherapy experience across retail stores, certification programs, wholesale partners, and future locations. Working at the intersection of retail operations, education, technology, and customer experience, this leader helps transform Auratherapy from a founder-led company into a scalable operating system.

Every customer interaction helps us refine how Auratherapy experiences are delivered before they’re standardized and rolled out to future retail locations, wholesale partners, luxury spas, resorts, and certified practitioners.
You’ll spend time working directly with customers because that’s where the best ideas come from.
You’ll then turn those insights into repeatable systems, stronger training, better customer experiences, and more successful business implementations.
As Auratherapy grows, you’ll become one of the company’s primary experts responsible for ensuring our experience can be delivered consistently anywhere in the world.

The Retail Lab
Working in the Asheville retail studio is an essential part of this position.
The store is where we test, refine, and improve every aspect of the Auratherapy experience—from customer onboarding and retail workflow to Aura Reading quality, product recommendations, merchandising, and operational efficiency.
Regular retail shifts are expected because they provide the real-world insights that become the foundation of our training, certification, and implementation programs.
The store isn’t simply where we serve customers.
It’s where we develop the future of Auratherapy.
What You’ll DoDeliver Exceptional Customer Experiences
You’ll work scheduled retail shifts performing Aura Readings, educating customers, recommending products, and creating memorable wellness experiences.
Your role in the store isn’t simply to sell—it’s to observe, improve, and continually elevate how the customer journey is delivered while helping customers discover products and rituals that support their wellness goals.
Become the Expert in ATOS
You’ll become the company’s technical expert on the Auratherapy Technical Operating System (ATOS)—our proprietary operating platform for delivering Aura Readings and personalized wellness experiences.
ATOS encompasses every stage of the customer journey, including:
- Customer onboarding
- Booking systems
- Point-of-sale workflows
- Aura Reading methodology
- Chakra assessment
- Personalized product recommendations
- Ritual education
- Customer follow-up
- Retail operations
- Revenue optimization
- Business implementation
- Operational SOPs
- Training documentation
You’ll become the primary expert responsible for understanding, demonstrating, maintaining, and teaching the ATOS Method.
Like a Solutions Consultant in a technology company, you’ll demonstrate the platform to prospective partners, certification candidates, and wholesale clients, helping them understand both the customer experience and the business opportunity behind Auratherapy.
Train the Next Generation of Auratherapists
You’ll become one of Auratherapy’s lead educators.
Responsibilities include:
- Onboarding new Auratherapists
- Coaching and mentoring readers
- Conducting quarterly reader evaluations
- Monitoring reading quality and consistency
- Standardizing service delivery
- Improving SOPs and training materials
- Supporting remote coaching and evaluation
- Traveling to other locations, including Miami, as needed
Our objective is to create a repeatable methodology that allows every customer to receive an exceptional experience regardless of location.
Lead Certification Programs
As our certification business grows, you’ll progressively assume responsibility for the planning, facilitation, and execution of practitioner certification programs.
You’ll work alongside our founders while gradually taking ownership of curriculum execution, logistics, facilitation, classroom experience, and continuous improvement.
Our long-term goal is for this position to become the operational leader of Auratherapy Certification.
Support Wholesale & Luxury Hospitality Partners
Travel to luxury spas, wellness resorts, retailers, and hospitality partners implementing the Auratherapy experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Launching new Aura Reading programs
- Training client teams
- Supporting business implementation
- Recommending merchandising strategies
- Training teams on product integration
- Optimizing customer experience
- Helping partners successfully commercialize the Auratherapy experience
Your role is to help transform training into profitable, repeatable business success.
Product Education
Our products are an extension of every Aura Reading.
You’ll become one of the company’s leading product educators, helping both customers and partners understand how personalized product recommendations and rituals complete the Auratherapy experience.
Technology & Systems Stewardship
You’ll serve as the steward of the systems that power the Auratherapy experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining Aura Reading technology
- Managing equipment and inventory
- Ensuring systems remain operational
- Identifying technical improvements
- Supporting new software and hardware rollouts
- Monitoring system performance
- Helping improve the ATOS platform over time
Represent the Brand
You’ll represent Auratherapy at:
- Retail events
- Trade shows
- Certification programs
- Wholesale partner launches
- Community events
- Corporate presentations

Travel & Schedule
This position is based in Asheville, North Carolina.
Candidates must be able to work regular retail shifts while maintaining flexibility to support:

Compensation & Growth
Salary: $68,000–$75,000 annually, based on experience.
This is a full-time, salaried leadership position with a 120-day introductory period.
You report directly to the founders.
Following successful completion of the introductory period, employee becomes eligible for a performance-based annual bonus tied to operational excellence, training outcomes, certification growth, partner success, and overall business performance.
As Auratherapy expands, this role offers significant opportunities for advancement in education, certification, customer experience, operations, and partner success. Future responsibilities may include ownership of practitioner certification consultations, demonstrations, and enrollment support, along with broader leadership responsibilities across the organization.
This position is designed to grow alongside the company and offers the opportunity to become one of Auratherapy’s most influential leaders.
