Full Job Description

Hiring Immediately: Rehab Tech needed for a new chiropractic office, in Collegeville, Pa. whose primary responsibilities will be working one on one with patients as they go through their rehab in the office. Lots of room for growth.

What does the position entail? – Above all, help provide care to our patients, and…

Taking patients through their rehab programs
Training Staff
Answer phones, data entry, respond to emails and texts.
Manage and coordinate the busy appointment schedule.
Collect payments.
Work with patients on a daily basis with a positive and helpful attitude.
Patient intake, exams, and financial consultations, scheduling and daily appointment confirmations.
Case manager for Neuropathy, Gut Health and Nutrition.
Attend and promote healthcare marketing events, as needed.
Assist with marketing.
Respond to Marketing software.

Patient care experience of 2 years required. There are some very specific things we would like to see:

High school diploma or equivalent, minimum.
Loves working with people
Phone skills.
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Happy, outgoing, and positive attitude.
Multi-tasker.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs: Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Excel.
A genuine love for people and seeing others succeed in getting healthier.
Responsible, punctual, dependable and professional.
