To thrive/succeed as the Executive Assistant, you should have:

Proven experience in office management, administrative support, nonprofit administration, arts management, or a related field, with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and complex projects.
Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a professional demeanor and a commitment to building trust, maintaining integrity, and upholding organizational values.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, demonstrating initiative, persistence, sound judgment, and accountability while identifying opportunities and driving projects to successful completion.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other creative software is a plus.
Passion for the arts, theater, or nonprofit work, with an adaptable mindset, a sense of humor, and an appreciation for collaboration, continuous learning, and ownership of challenges and solutions.

Your responsibilities as the Executive Assistant will include:

Provide administrative support to executive leadership, including managing correspondence, coordinating schedules, arranging meetings, and serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries.
Coordinate board and committee meetings by scheduling sessions, preparing and distributing meeting materials, recording minutes, and ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
Manage program and application processes by supporting applicants and evaluators, troubleshooting technical issues, maintaining records, and ensuring deadlines and communications are met.
Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of member events, networking opportunities, exhibitions, performances, workshops, and other organizational programs.
Provide operational and production support for artistic initiatives, including coordinating schedules, preparing materials, managing artist documentation and contracts, supporting rehearsals and installations, and maintaining event and rehearsal spaces.
