Full Job Description

Fox Enterprise is a non-union commercial contractor that was established in 1999. We specialize in roofing and architectural metals. We are looking for a trustworthy full time Tax & Payroll Accountant. Salary is based on experience & work hours may vary from 40-50 based on experience & desire and need. The applicant MUST have experience in Quickbooks and have knowledge in Corporate accounting & tax. This candidate should have a minimum Associate's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent business experience, as well as a knowledge of bookkeeping and generally accepted accounting principles. Applicant should be reliable, self starter with an interest to grow and learn.

Candidate MUST have experience with state & city tax filing.

Candidate MUST have experience with QuickBooks as the majority of time will be spent in this accounting software.

Applicant must be willing to take a drug test and pass a background check.

Daily duties will include: Preparing monthly taxes (both city & state), organizing timesheets, running payroll, payroll reports, payroll taxes, 401k installments, city tax registrations, city & state tax payments and reports, State Registrations for multiple entities. Project specific reports will also be required.

Must have at least 1 year experience in QuickBooks in an professional office setting.
