Job Summary

Join TSUNAMI USA as a key member of our Support Team! Step into a fast-growing company where cutting-edge technology meets exceptional white-glove service. In this customer-focused role, you'll support users of Tsunami, our state-of-the-art security camera system that delivers crystal-clear night vision, seamless 360° views, and industry-leading customer support.

Job Description

You'll work directly with clients to troubleshoot connectivity issues, monitor system performance, assist with research and development initiatives, and provide exceptional technical support. This position offers exposure to a wide range of technologies and provides valuable hands-on experience in a client-facing environment.

We're looking for intuitive, curious, and fast-learning individuals with experience in IP cameras, NVRs, wireless networking, bridge/PTP networks, or general technical support. If you're seeking continuous growth in a technology-focused role and enjoy solving complex technical challenges, we'd love to hear from you.

Core Requirements

Provide outstanding customer service over the phone with a calm, professional demeanor.
Deliver true white-glove support by going the extra mile in every customer interaction.
Collaborate effectively with clients, field technicians, and internal teams.
Stay organized, multitask efficiently, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
Work independently while maintaining strong ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
Take initiative by investigating issues thoroughly and proactively identifying solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with wireless networking, including point-to-point (PTP) and bridge networks.
Familiarity with routing technologies and network troubleshooting.
Understanding of networking hardware and surveillance platforms.
Previous help desk or technical support experience.
Strong hardware troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of IP camera systems, components, and functionality.
Previous experience in a technical support role.
A genuine passion for technology and problem-solving.
