Full Job Description

If you're looking for the stability of a profitable, growing company with the entrepreneurial spirit of a startup, we're hiring. The Workplace Associate plays a key role in creating an exceptional onsite experience for employees, visitors, and guests in our Tampa, FL office. This position focuses on employee engagement, workplace hospitality, office experience, and basic IT support while helping maintain a welcoming, organized, and productive work environment.

: Monday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

What You’ll Be Doing

Create a welcoming, professional, and engaging office environment for employees, visitors, and guests
Deliver exceptional workplace hospitality and provide day-to-day support for employee needs
Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, meetings, and office events
Support executives, visitors, candidates, and vendors to ensure a positive office experience
Coordinate catering, meeting setups, and other hospitality services
Maintain office, breakroom, and kitchen supplies, including snacks, beverages, and coffee service
Provide basic IT support, including workstation setup and troubleshooting common technology issues
Coordinate with vendors and building management to address office and facility needs
Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional workplace environment

We’re Looking for Someone Who Has

High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in hospitality, customer service, office administration, employee engagement, or a related field
A passion for creating exceptional employee and guest experiences
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Experience planning events, meetings, or employee activities preferred
Basic helpdesk or low-level IT support experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor
Desire for a stable, daytime position focused on employee experience, workplace culture, and hospitality

Highly Preferred Candidates Also Have

Experience supporting workplace experience, hospitality, or office culture initiatives
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
