Join a Growing Pet Food Company

Eye Communication Systems, Inc. is the parent company behind several fast-growing pet industry brands, including Herbsmith, The Simple Food Project, Medicus Veterinary Diets, Smiling Dog Treats, and Sassy Cat Treats.

We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented Office Administrator who enjoys keeping information accurate, systems organized, and projects moving forward. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working on a computer, managing data, organizing files, and supporting multiple departments throughout the company.

What You'll Do

Enter and maintain information in Sage 100 and other company systems
Review paperwork and data for accuracy
Perform inventory, accounting, and production-related data entry
Reconcile records and investigate discrepancies
Organize digital files and maintain document storage systems
Scan, upload, and file company records
Assist with month-end inventory and reporting processes
Create, update, and maintain spreadsheets
Support purchasing, inventory, accounting, and operations teams
Prepare reports and documentation as needed
Assist with administrative projects and special assignments

What We're Looking For

Strong attention to detail
Excellent computer skills
Comfortable learning new software systems
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and solve problems
Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar programs

Preferred Qualifications

Administrative, office, bookkeeping, inventory, or data entry experience
Experience working with spreadsheets
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, inventory, or accounting environments is a plus but not required
