Just a heads up: this role is for an experienced Euro B-to-A tech — not an entry-level tech or apprentice. You’ll need to be able to diagnose, repair, and own jobs from start to finish.

HERE’S WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SHINE IN THIS ROLE:
✔ 2+ years working on European vehicles in a professional shop
✔ Experience with Audi, BMW, Mini Cooper, Mercedes, Porsche, Land Rover, Jaguar, VW, Volvo, or similar makes
✔ Strong diagnostic skills — especially drivability and electrical concerns
✔ Comfortable performing DVIs, scheduled maintenance, and mechanical repairs while keeping work moving
✔ The ability to take a job from start to finish without step-by-step direction
✔ Clear notes and communication around concern, cause, and correction
✔ Your own tools and a clean driving record
✔ A team-first attitude — no prima donnas, no drama
