Full Job Description

Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Dental Sales Representative (1099) Phone Sales and become a vital driver of growth in the dental branch of True Texas PMX! As a full service precious metal refinery, True Texas PMX caters to more than one industry, but the dental industry is one of the biggest markets. In this energetic role, you will leverage your exceptional communication skills to connect with dental professionals, educating them on our process and what to expect when they send materials in to our refinery. To be successful, you need energy and the drive to make money. This position is 100% remote and doesn't require you to leave you home office, all that is required is access to a computer and a phone. There are no minimums, you are paid commission on the first $1 of profit you bring in to the company.

You will earn 40% commission from the net profit of each sale you bring into the refinery. This is paid weekly and will never be capped, you can earn as much money as you are willing to do the work for.

Duties

Conduct outbound phone calls to prospective and existing clients within the dental promoting the services we provide
Coordinate shipment of material from the dental office to the refinery
Manage a designated territory by identifying potential clients, and scheduling meetings.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process

Experience

Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in the dental world
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations over the phone
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint) for creating reports and presentations
