Full Job Description

Hiring Remote Professional Billing Accounts Receivable Follow-Up Representatives!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7A - 7P PST (8 hour shift within this window, but staff must work a centralized schedule during their first two weeks to align with the training team)

Pay Range: Between $20-$24/hr

Day to day:

All account follow up duties for unpaid, denied, and underpaid claims
Calling insurance payers and checking statuses in payer portals
Responsible for the appeal process
Production expectations is that talent ramp to 45-55+ accounts / day (depending on payer)
Quality goal of 95%

Benefits:

In order to be eligible for health benefits, you must be employed for 30 days and must average 30 hours per week over your first four weeks on assignment. If you become eligible and take action to enroll, you will be covered no earlier than 60 days into your assignment, depending on plan selection(s).
