Our client is seeking a Copywriter to join their Creative Brand & Content team in a hybrid role based in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is an exciting opportunity for a creative writer who enjoys shaping brand voice across digital channels while helping build innovative AI-powered content tools that keep messaging consistent and engaging.

A Day in the Life of a Copywriter

As the Copywriter, you'll play a key role in bringing the brand's voice to life across email campaigns, website content, product pages, blogs, and customer communications. You'll spend your time writing original copy, refining existing content, collaborating with creative teammates, and helping develop AI-powered brand voice tools that ensure consistency as the company continues to grow.

Responsibilities include:

Write engaging copy for email campaigns, lifecycle marketing, subject lines, preview text, and email body content.
Create and maintain website copy, including product pages, collection pages, category pages, product names, and product descriptions.
Edit blog content to align with the company's established brand voice.
Write and maintain customer service macros that provide helpful, on-brand responses.
Review and refine copy created across multiple departments to ensure consistent messaging.
Partner with designers and creative strategists to develop copy that complements visual layouts.
Help build, maintain, and evolve brand voice guidelines.
Contribute to AI writing tools and prompt development that support consistent brand messaging.
Maintain a library of brand voice examples, messaging standards, and reusable content resources.

Requirements and Qualifications:

1–2 years of professional copywriting or content writing experience in an agency, in-house, editorial, or freelance environment.
Experience writing for ecommerce, direct-to-consumer (DTC), or retail brands.
A portfolio demonstrating strong writing skills, versatility, and brand voice.
Excellent grammar, editing, and proofreading abilities.
Strong ability to edit and elevate existing copy while maintaining a consistent tone.
Experience writing within character limits and formatting constraints.
Comfortable collaborating, receiving feedback, and revising content throughout the creative process.
Interest in AI writing tools, prompt creation, and responsible AI-assisted content development.
Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
Email marketing or retention copywriting experience is a plus.
Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
