Full Job Description

Overview:
We are seeking a candidate to support subscription, revenue, and credit management functions for a West Coast (PST) client. Candidates outside the PST time zone must be able to align with PST working hours as needed.

Responsibilities:

Support subscription management, including billing cycles, renewals, and customer account maintenance for Oracle Fusion Cloud
Manage revenue processes in alignment with recognition and reporting requirements
Oversee credit management activities, including credit assessments and issue resolution
Collaborate cross-functionally to support financial operations and system enhancements

Qualifications:

Minimum three years of recent experience in subscription management, revenue management, credit management, and Oracle Fusion Cloud
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required
Experience with implementation and post production support of Oracle Fusion Accounts Payable, Purchasing, Intercompany Workbench, or COA dimensions
Ability to support PST-based stakeholders and work cross-time zone as needed
