Full Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Analyst to support, maintain, and enhance our enterprise resource planning (ERP) environment. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and end users to analyze business processes, identify system improvement opportunities, and deliver ERP solutions that drive operational efficiency and data accuracy.

Infor XA experience is a strong plus, particularly in manufacturing and distribution environments, though candidates with experience supporting other ERP platforms and a willingness to learn Infor XA are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP modules such as:
Manufacturing
Production Planning
Inventory Management
Procurement
Order Management
Finance and Accounting
Warehouse Management
Familiarity with Infor’s knowledge base and ticketing system.
Ability to extend InforXA via Integrator (Business Objects, User Definitions, etc.)
Ability to create and support customer UI (views, subsets, cards, cardfiles, etc.)
Familiarity with SQL, database querying, and reporting tools.
Experience with TrustedLink EDI, system integrations, APIs, and data interfaces.
Exposure to business intelligence platforms and reporting solutions.
Experience supporting ERP implementations, upgrades, or digital transformation initiatives.

Required Education / Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
3+ years of ERP systems analysis, administration, or support experience.
Experience with Infor XA ERP in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of IBM i (AS/400) environments.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into system solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with ERP reporting tools, queries, and data analysis.
Understanding of business processes within manufacturing, supply chain, inventory management, purchasing, finance, or customer service environments.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the ERP system.
Analyze business processes and translate operational requirements into ERP system solutions.
Configure, test, and implement ERP enhancements, workflows, reports, and integrations.
Gather and document business requirements, process flows, functional specifications, and system changes.
Coordinate and support ERP upgrades, patches, and system implementations.
Develop and execute test plans for system modifications and new functionality.
Create and maintain ERP-related documentation, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
Assist with data management activities including data validation, migration, cleansing, and reporting.
Work with technical teams and third-party vendors to resolve system issues and implement improvements.
Monitor system performance and recommend opportunities for process automation and operational efficiencies.
Provide end-user training and ongoing support to ensure effective ERP utilization.
Support reporting and business intelligence initiatives through ERP data analysis and extraction.
