CUAS Test Analysts

Overview
Imperative Systems is seeking amazingly talented C-UAS Test Analysts to join our team! In this role you will get to conduct acceptance and operational evaluation assessments as part of a fast-paced, cross-functional C-UAS project team.

Work Location
Summit Point, WV

Travel: ~10% to support test development.

Responsibilities

The Counter-UAS Test Analysts will be responsible on a daily and weekly basis for the following activities:

· Support test engineers in test planning and data collection activities

· Support the planning of test activities by developing a historical record of test activities to

· include but not limited to target ground truth, target operational capabilities, meteorological data, and mission information.

· Responsible for target placement, target configuration, and target operator instructions and guidance.

· Summarizes and merges ground truth collected information into summary reports.

· Assist with general test support to include test set-up and tear-down.

· Develop and use mathematical functions to process raw test data.

· Generate insights from distilled test results for client and senior leader consumption.

· Assist in drafting plans and test reports.

Requirements

Job Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Mathematics/Statistics, or Engineering with 0-2 years of experience is required OR more than 4 years of experience conducting data analytics on a daily basis.

· Experience with Python, JavaScript, and Linux

· Experience with statistics and data analysis

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Statistical modeling

· Data mining

· Database management

· Report generation

· Programming

Citizenship/Passport/Security Clearance: The candidate must be a US citizen with an active SECRET clearance.

Additional Requirements:

· Remote Pilot Certification (Part 107)

· Physical requirements can include walking, climbing, crawling through small spaces, and standing or sitting for long periods of time.
