Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead our organization towards sustainable growth and innovation. As the top executive, you will be responsible for setting strategic direction, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring operational excellence across all departments. Your leadership will drive product development, technological advancement, and stakeholder engagement, positioning the company as a leader in its industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of a dynamic organization committed to excellence and innovation.

Duties

Develop and communicate a compelling vision and strategic plan aligned with market trends, leveraging expertise in product strategy, data-driven decision making, and IT governance.
Lead cross-functional teams managing software development projects utilizing Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Waterfall, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
Oversee product development lifecycle including requirements gathering, analysis skills, wireframing with tools like Balsamiq, UML modeling, and user acceptance testing to meet stakeholder expectations.
Manage IT infrastructure, including cloud services like AWS, databases, APIs, and mobile applications to support scalable solutions.
Drive stakeholder management by engaging with clients, partners, and internal teams to foster B2B sales opportunities and strategic alliances.
Implement project management practices using tools such as Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), VersionOne, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management software for agile planning and tracking.
Ensure compliance with IT governance standards while promoting innovative system development practices that incorporate SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) principles.
Lead strategic initiatives in emerging technologies like Internet of Things (IoT), SaaS platforms, Looker analytics tools, and system development product management to enhance business capabilities.

Qualifications

Proven experience in executive leadership roles with a strong background in software development, product management, or IT infrastructure management.
Extensive knowledge of Agile software development frameworks such as SAFe and Agile planning methodologies.
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies including Waterfall and Scrum; familiarity with TFS, Jira, VersionOne is preferred.
Technical proficiency in programming languages like Java; experience with HTML, SQL, APIs; understanding of UML modeling; proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for strategic presentations and data analysis.
Strong analysis skills for requirements design and requirements gathering; ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business strategies.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with a focus on leadership, communication skills, and strategic management capabilities.
Familiarity with IT governance standards to ensure compliance across all technology initiatives.
Ability to lead technical product cross-functional teams effectively while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
