Now Hiring: Skilled Construction Workers – Metal Stud Framing & Ceiling Panel Installation

Pay: $28.00/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Phoenix AZ

We are seeking experienced and dependable industrial construction professionals to join our growing team in Phoenix. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a strong background in metal stud framing and ceiling panel installation who take pride in producing high-quality interior build-outs.

⚠️ Note: Only candidates with direct experience in industrial construction will be considered.

Key Requirements – Must-Have Skills:

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in industrial construction
Must be able to pass a global background check
Proven experience in ceiling panel installation (required)
Strong proficiency in metal stud framing, layout, and finishing
Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints or plans
Comfortable working at heights and in physically demanding environments
Must be bilingual (English proficiency required)
Able to work independently or as part of a small team
Strong commitment to job site safety and craftsmanship

Key Responsibilities:

Perform metal stud framing, layout, and installation according to specifications
Install ceiling panels to meet industrial standards
Assist with general labor tasks as needed on-site
Maintain organized work areas and handle tools and materials responsibly
Work efficiently in fast-paced, large-scale industrial construction settings

� Safety First – Fall Protection Requirements:

Must be able to wear and work in Personal Fall Arrest Systems (PFAS), including a full-body harness and lanyard.
Physical weight limited to 190 pounds.
Must inspect fall protection gear prior to every use.
