We are now seeking a dedicated professional to join our team remotely.

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Remote Call Centre Operator to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in upholding our company's commitment to outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a professional telephone manner and the ability to manage customer enquiries efficiently in a remote working environment.

Responsibilities

Professionally manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
Serve as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, addressing enquiries about our construction services, project timelines, and scheduling.
Accurately book appointments and coordinate service calls for our field-based teams.
Listen to client concerns, effectively troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex cases to the appropriate department for resolution.
Maintain detailed and precise records of all customer interactions and transactions within our CRM system.
Provide clear and accurate information regarding the company's services and capabilities.
Adhere to company communication protocols and service standards to ensure a consistent client experience.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a call centre, customer service, or a similar client-facing role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a clear, professional demeanour.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a talent for active listening.
Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
Proficient in using computers, CRM software, and other relevant office applications.
A dedicated and quiet home office setup suitable for professional remote work.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Previous experience or knowledge of the construction industry is advantageous but not essential.
