Prior employment-law experience is preferred but not required. Responsibilities

Screen prospective clients and support the client intake process
Gather and compile facts, interview witnesses, and assist with case investigations
Assist with drafting pre-litigation demand letters and related correspondence
Manage pre-litigation caseloads and assist attorneys in moving matters toward the next action item
Provide litigation support, including drafting pleadings and assisting with discovery
Assist attorneys with preparation for depositions, hearings, and trial

Qualifications and Experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple deadlines
Self-starter with a high level of initiative and follow-through
Professional, team-oriented mindset
Prior civil litigation or law-firm experience preferred
