Fuel trust and ignite businesses in Riverside and San Bernardino! As Director of Business Enhancement at the Better Business Bureau (BBB) Serving the Pacific Southwest, you'll spearhead BBB-Accredited business outreach and business partnerships. You'll educate businesses about the value of BBB accreditation, while helping ethical businesses shine through strategic marketing opportunities. By connecting the dots between integrity and profitability, you'll champion ethical practices and build a thriving marketplace for all.

Your Impact:

Imagine being the catalyst that transforms businesses by connecting them with the trust and resources they need to succeed. As our Director of Business Enhancement, you'll:

Become a Trusted Advisor: Cultivate strong relationships with community leaders and business owners, educating them on the value of BBB Accreditation through engaging presentations, events, and networking.
Champion Ethical Businesses: Foster partnerships with existing BBB Accredited Businesses, showcasing the advantages of accreditation and co-branded marketing initiatives that elevate their brand and drive customer loyalty.
Drive Revenue Through Strategic Marketing: Leverage your sales expertise to develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns, offering traditional and digital advertising solutions designed to boost visibility and customer acquisition for Accredited Businesses.
Lead with Vision and Purpose: Set ambitious goals, attend relevant meetings, and inspire your team to achieve outstanding results, all while upholding the BBB's mission of advancing marketplace trust.
Measure, Analyze, and Optimize: Continuously evaluate and adapt your strategies to ensure you're exceeding sales targets and contributing to the organization's overall growth.

What You'll Bring:

A proven track record of success in sales and/or business development, demonstrating your ability to consistently meet and exceed targets.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to build rapport and effectively communicate across multiple channels (phone, email, text, and in-person).
A genuine passion for building relationships and advocating for ethical business practices.
Strategic thinking and analytical abilities, allowing you to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
Experience in marketing and advertising campaign development, showcasing your ability to create impactful initiatives.
